True Blood is the absolute hottest thing to hit the television world in years! If you don't love this HBO series, then you must have already had blood sucked dry from your veins! Since it's launch on September 7, 2008 the show has been killing (no pun intended) all competition.
This is no doubt due mostly to having an incredible show, combined with an outstanding marketing plan. You should definitely not count out the fact that the women on True Blood have in bringing in the viewers though. The show's producers made sure to cast some of the hottest young talent that Hollywood had to offer for this one!
True Blood was created and produced by the incredible mind of Alan Ball. He based the show on the Sookie Stackhouse book series written by Charlaine Harris. Charlaine was able to capture the vampire ire in a way that has never been done before. True Blood is a world where vampires, humans, and even werewolves co-exist with each other.
The chosen setting for the show is a town in Louisiana. This was a very good pick for a show such as True Blood. The voodoo history and look of the area really add to the believability of the show as it is watched. To tie it all in, the cast had to be able to add spice and mystery as well. This is exactly what the women of True Blood get done. They are also very hot and sexy!
Anna Paquin is the main character on the show. She plays the role of Sookie Stackhouse herself. Sookie Stackhouse is a waitress in a local restaurant. She has been born with the ability to actually listen to the thoughts of others. Sookie falls in love with a vampire and the story goes on and on from there. Theres no doubt about Anna Paquin rating very high on the sexiness scale.
I hadn't really seen it in her previous roles such as Rogue in the X-Men series. Maybe it's because she shows a little skin. Oh yes, we get a quick glimpse of Anna Paquin's body. This is HBO after all! Did you really think they'd make a series with hot chicks and vampires but no naked goodness? Anna ends up in a few steamy scenes with her vampire love interest, Bill. All I know is that Bill is one lucky blood sucker!
When it comes to the hottest of all the women on True Blood, it isnt even a question for me. That designation goes to Lizzy Caplan as she plays the role of Amy Burley. Amy is the druggie lover of Sookies brother Jason Stackhouse. She isnt hooked to regular drugs, she is into V-juice. I know you wonder what that is. Its vampire blood!
Lizzy's character is about as v-juice crazy as they come! The good thing for us viewers is that the drug seems to have an effect similar to that of ecstasy pills times 100. Of course, this leads to a bunch of episodes with Lizzy Caplan in the buff and having these wild love scenes with Ryan Kwanten who plays Jason Stackouse. I have never seen a wilder scene than the whole 'field' episode. I won't ruin it. Go check it out! - 21704
